We are seeking freshers/entry-level candidates for the position of Process Associate Non Tech in our Gurugram location. This role involves supporting various operational processes and contributing to the overall efficiency of the team.

Responsibilities
Assist in daily operations and process management
Support team members in achieving departmental goals
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills

Skills and Qualifications
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work in a team setting
