We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a robust background in the solar industry to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of solar power projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing utility-scale, commercial, or rooftop solar projects from engineering and procurement through construction, commissioning, and handover while ensuring adherence to quality, safety, budget, and schedule requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and manage solar PV and renewable energy projects from initiation to completion.
Develop project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and execution strategies.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, EPC contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Manage procurement activities and coordinate timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, statutory, and quality standards.




Oversee site activities including civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical works.
Manage project documentation, contracts, permits, and regulatory approvals.
Track project costs, prepare progress reports, and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
Conduct regular project review meetings with stakeholders and provide status updates.
Lead commissioning, testing, and project handover activities.
Resolve technical, contractual, and operational issues during project execution.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely project delivery.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field

Required Experience
4– 5 years of experience in Solar/ Renewable Energy

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
