We seek an experienced individual with a keen business acumen, adept at strategizing and executing high-level initiatives. You should be a natural leader, skilled in project coordination and delegation, driven by a passion for enhancing productivity and guiding programs from start to finish.

Key Objectives:
Strategize, implement and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached
Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity

Roles & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, resources, budget, and timelines.
Lead and optimize program and project teams,



ensuring solid ROI and effective cross-project collaboration.
Identify essential contributions from cross-functional teams and external partners.
Manage project budgets responsibly, aligning with business goals.
Work in tandem with other managers to foresee risks and discover opportunities across various projects.
Analyze and mitigate program risks, providing regular reports to management and stakeholders.

Experience & skills:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
8+ years in a program management role with a SaaS Product
Proven leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with a solid problem-solving approach.

• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, including experience as a Scrum Master.
Experience in global team collaboration and transparent communication.
