Job Title: Project Manager (Civil)

Qualification
B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction, interior, or architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate multiple projects and schedule tasks efficiently within the office.
Communicate effectively with clients, retailers, vendors, and project stakeholders.
Review and interpret architectural and civil drawings.
Read, understand, and verify structural drawings for project execution.
Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimations.
Coordinate with design and execution teams to ensure timely project completion.
Monitor project progress and maintain documentation.

Required Skills
Solid project coordination and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Sound knowledge of architectural, civil, and structural drawings.
Experience in BOQ preparation and project estimation.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
