We run an end-to-end B2B platform: sourcing fresh produce and value-added food products, processing them at scale, and delivering last mile to hotels, restaurants, cafs, and institutional kitchens across India. What sets us apart is that we own the full chain, from farm and mandi sourcing, through certified processing facilities, to our own tech-enabled delivery fleet, rather than operating as a middleman. Key responsibilities
Conduct quality checks at every stage of the production process
Ensure food safety standards are consistently maintained on the shop floor
Drive compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (FSSAI, etc.)
Prepare and manage documentation for internal and external audits
Coordinate and support statutory, customer, and certification audits
Monitor process adherence to SOPs and quality protocols
Identify quality deviations and drive corrective/preventive actions
Maintain quality records, batch documentation, and compliance registers
Train shop-floor staff on quality and food safety practices
Coordinate with production and procurement teams on quality matters
Requirements
Food Technology graduate with 3- 4 years of experience, OR 5+ years in a similar QC/compliance role in the food processing industry
Robust knowledge of food safety standards and statutory compliance (FSSAI/HACCP/ISO, etc.)
Experience handling audits and compliance documentation
Valuable understanding of quality control processes in food/nut processing
Solid attention to detail and process discipline
Good communication skills to coordinate with shop-floor and auditors
Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation/ERP systems
Location: Delhi NCR Work Week: Monday to Saturday
