We develop secure, high-performance back-end services and customer-facing web applications that power transactional workflows and analytics.

We are hiring an on-site Python Django Developer in India to join the core engineering team and own feature delivery, reliability, and performance for production services.

Role & Responsibilities
Design, develop and maintain scalable Django-based web applications and backend services with a focus on reliability and performance.
Build and own RESTful APIs using Django REST Framework, including API versioning, authentication, and documentation.
Optimize data models and SQL queries, implement schema migrations, and tune PostgreSQL for production workloads.
Implement and operate background processing and scheduled jobs using Celery; select and configure brokers and monitoring for resilient pipelines.
Containerize applications with Docker, collaborate on CI/CD pipelines, and contribute to infrastructure-as-code and deployment automation.




Drive engineering quality through unit/integration tests, code reviews, debugging in production, and clear technical documentation.

Qualifications: Proven track record building production Django applications; hands-on experience with API-first design, database performance tuning, container-based deployments, and operating background job systems. This is an in office role based in India.
