Key Responsibilities
Data Management
Maintain detailed project database
-Manage a detailed filing system
Software & Excel Skills
Advanced Excel: Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, project tracking sheets
Proficient in MS Office
Knowledge of management software like Asana/Notion
Coordination with Stakeholders
Liaise with team heads, external agencies e.g. law firm, Auditors etc.
Written & Verbal Communication
Draft transparent emails, MOMs etc.
Qualified communication in English
Project Management Support
Track project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines across multiple deliverables
Flag delays and maintain project documentation trail
