Job Summary:

Good Career Solution is looking for enthusiastic Recruitment Executives to join our remote hiring team. This role is ideal for freshers and experienced candidates who have good communication skills and basic computer knowledge. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining recruitment records.

Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals and social media.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Contact candidates via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with the hiring team.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.




Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Update daily recruitment reports.

Eligibility:
10th / 12th Pass / Graduate can apply.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Basic computer knowledge is required.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Laptop/Desktop with a stable internet connection is mandatory.
