Job Summary:

The Regional Business Manager (RBM) is responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of Area Business Managers (ASMs) and Medical Representatives (MRs), and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets within the assigned region. The role involves strategic planning, market analysis, team leadership, and relationship management with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and distributors.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business goals.
Monitor and ensure the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Identify current business opportunities and expand the market presence of the companys products.
Drive sales initiatives and participate in key client meetings to enhance revenue generation.
Utilize analytical skills to analyze market trends and performance data.
Focus on converting key opinion leaders (KOLs) to promote company products.
Address low ROI areas and work with the team to improve performance.
Empower the team to take initiative and make decisions.
Team Leadership & Management
Support the career development of subordinates through training and mentorship.
Recruit, train, mentor,



and supervise Area Business Managers (ASMs) and Medical Representatives (MRs).
Set performance expectations, monitor progress, and provide feedback to ensure high productivity.
Conduct regular team meetings and field visits to assess and improve performance.
Market Analysis & Strategy
Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Plan and execute product launches and promotional campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and distributors.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve market penetration and brand positioning.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure adherence to all regulatory, ethical, and company compliance guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Prepare and submit periodic sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
