/ Responsibilities
Generate recent business prospects through calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Conduct client meetings and project site visits.
Travel to project sites every weekend to meet clients and close sales.
Negotiate pricing and close deals.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain CRM records and customer follow-ups
Desired profile of the candidate
Sales/Business Development experience, Real estate experience preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation skills, target-oriented mindset, willingness to travel, and basic MS Office/CRM knowledge.
