What are we looking for?

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic ARH/Regional Head to lead our Agency Business Partner team. The ideal candidate will have a robust track record of driving business growth, building and maintaining robust relationships with clients, and leading high-performing teams. The Regional Head will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies, identifying new opportunities, and driving revenue growth. They will also be expected to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the team. The successful candidate will be a natural leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What does the job entail?

Develop and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders across the region, including clients, vendors, and internal teams Collaborate with the Agency team to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations

Provide strategic guidance and support to the Agency team to drive business growth and expansion





Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify opportunities and threats

Develop and implement business plans to achieve regional goals and objectives

Manage and mitigate risks associated with regional operations

Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the Agency team

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client needs and preferences

Lead and motivate the Agency team to achieve exceptional results

Ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards
