Key Responsibilities
Take in-room dining orders over the telephone in a transparent and professional manner
Suggest menu items and promote upselling opportunities
Accurately record and process guest orders
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for timely delivery
Handle guest queries and requests courteously
Maintain high standards of service and guest satisfaction
Diploma/Certification in Hospitality preferred
Willing to pursue graduation
Age: 1822 years
Mumbai-based candidates preferred
