Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern will support the agency’s business development and client engagement activities in a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with lead generation, conducting market research, and participating in sales outreach to prospective and existing clients. The intern will help prepare sales presentations, maintain client records, and support the coordination of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.

The role also involves collaborating with the design and account management teams to align sales efforts with branding strategies,



as well as attending client meetings and training sessions as needed.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.

Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to support client inquiries and maintain positive relationships.

Candidates should possess Sales skills to assist in lead generation, outreach, and follow-up activities.

Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management interests or foundational skills to support sales processes and learn to manage pipelines.

Ability to work in office in Delhi, India and collaborate in a fast-paced agency environment.

Basic understanding of marketing principles and interest in branding and creative industries.

Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with common office and communication tools.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
