Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in a saree showroom is mandatory.
Candidates with experience only in general garment retail will not be considered.
Must be able to speak Kannada, Hindi and English.
Positive communication and customer handling skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to achieve sales targets.
Job Responsibilities
Welcome customers and assist them in selecting sarees.
Explain saree fabrics, designs, colours and product features.
Recommend products based on customer preferences and budget.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain showroom display,
cleanliness and stock arrangement.
Deliver an excellent shopping experience to every customer.
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance) Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM Weekly Off: One weekday off (Monday to Friday only). Shop remains open on Saturdays and Sundays.
