Job Responsibilities Supervise ladle refractory lining, relining, repair, gunning and patching activities. Monitor ladle refractory condition, consumption and campaign life. Ensure proper installation of Mg-C bricks, purging plugs and other refractory materials.
Coordinate with steel plant production and maintenance teams. Maintain ladle-wise refractory performance and heat-life records. Ensure quality, safety, manpower management and timely completion of work.
Report refractory performance, damages and improvement requirements to the management.
