Sales & Client Success Executive We are looking for a smart, confident, and customer-focused qualified to manage enquiries, increase online sales, and coordinate client appointments.
Responsibilities: Handle WhatsApp, phone calls, and email enquiries. Convert leads into sales. Manage appointments and follow-ups. Assist customers with reports and consultation bookings. Maintain customer records and CRM. Support daily business operations.
Requirements: Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi). Sales and customer service experience preferred. Positive computer skills (Google Workspace/MS Office). Well-organized, proactive, and able to multitask. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
