Drive business acquisition, portfolio growth, and revenue enhancement.
Strengthen customer/anchor/vendor/partner relationships depending on the role scope.
Ensure compliance with credit, KYC, risk, and audit standards.
Support customer onboarding, documentation, and relationship deepening.
Collaborate with branches, credit, risk, operations, and product teams.
Monitor portfolio performance, delinquency, and early warning signals.
Enable digital adoption, process efficiency, and service quality improvements.

Qualifications & Experience
Graduate/Postgraduate with relevant experience in MSE, Supply Chain Finance, or Banking.
Experience in credit, sales, portfolio, or relationship roles preferred.
Freshers/trainees/interns applicable where role requires.
