Role & responsibilities
Generate leads through Direct sourcing for the Loan Against Property and Business Loans.
Achieve assigned business targets and create relationships on ground to ensure steady inflow.
Report to the Area Business Manager and manage all customer acquisition for the territory assigned.
Responsible for completing application and supporting documentations.
Assess local market and identify current and prospective prospects.
Adhering to highest ethical standards and comply with applicable regulations.
Candidate Requirement
MBA/Graduate with atleast 1 years experience in sales
Experience in Direct Sourcing will be preferred.
Result oriented with a passion for achieving stretch targets
