Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or business development (preferably in healthcare, pharma, or medical marketing).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet targets and manage multiple relationships effectively.
Comfortable with daily field visits and travel.
Fluency in English and local language.

Preferred:
Experience working with doctors, clinics, or hospitals.
Knowledge of healthcare marketing and lead generation processes

Key Responsibilities:
Visit doctors, clinics, and healthcare centers to promote STRATIST’s services.
Build and maintain solid, long-term relationships with medical professionals.
Generate qualified leads and achieve monthly lead targets.




Identify recent partnership prospects within the healthcare segment.
Plan and execute on-ground marketing activities, tie-ups, and brand awareness campaigns.
Coordinate with the internal marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth lead handover.
Collect feedback from doctors & brands and report market trends to management.
Represent STRATIST professionally during client interactions and events.

Compensation
Up to 30,000/- Monthly Salary.
