Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Manager Sale and Marketing to generate sales and support the company's IT hardware / Software product portfolio.

The candidate will be responsible for sales generation, handle presentations, clients & vendor communication and ensuring timely fulfilment of customer requirements.

The candidate will be responsible for sales generation, marketing presentations, submission of proposals, quotations and tenders and coordinate with OEM Suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
Candidate with have to undertake Sale and Marketing activities related to Digitization Scanners, RFID Inventory and Anti-theft solutions both for Academic customer as well as to the Retail sector.
Coordinate with vendors, distributors, and manufacturers for product availability, pricing, discounts, and delivery timelines.
Prepare and share product quotations, commercial proposals, and comparative statements.
Track product inventory and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability.
Maintain product and vendor databases,



price lists, and sales records.
Handle customer queries related to product specifications, pricing, warranty, and availability.
Knowledge of Tender, Gems portal

Required Skills & Qualification
Positive knowledge of IT hardware products and specifications.
Robust follow-up and coordination skills.
Positive vendor and customer relationship management skills.
Graduate / Engineers / BBA / MBA
Excellent in English Communication skills (verbal / written)
Willing to travel PAN India.
Preferably having 2 wheeler or 4 wheeler.
Prior exposure in sale of IT products and services to Govt. Institutions / Large Private Universities / Govt. Dpt. And Ministries
3–5 years of experience in IT hardware sales, product management, procurement, or vendor coordination is preferred.

Salary 75k-1 lakh per month plus incentives
