Qualifications and Skills:
Experience:
Minimum 5 years in Salesforce implementation and development.
Telecom domain experience is mandatory.
Salesforce Expertise:
Hands-on configuration skills (custom fields, objects, workflows, process builders, flows, SOQL/SOSL, profiles, permission sets).
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Deployment experience using ANT migration tool, Workbench, Jenkins, or COPADO.
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud implementation experience.
Vlocity Skills:
Minimum 2 years of experience in the Vlocity telecommunication module.
Expertise in Vlocity Integration Procedures, Omniscripts, and Cards.
Integration Knowledge:
Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce data migrations.
Additional Skills:
Robust debugging and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with UX design and interactive UI development.
Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices is a plus.
