Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves identifying and engaging potential customers, presenting products and services, and managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing.

The specialist will support marketing campaigns, contribute to promotional content, and coordinate online outreach to grow brand awareness and drive revenue. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, providing product guidance, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and collaborating with internal teams to align sales and marketing strategies.



The role also includes delivering training or product demonstrations when needed and continuously monitoring market trends and customer feedback to improve offerings.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, address inquiries, and build long-term relationships.
Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to manage pipelines, achieve targets, and support effective sales planning.
Candidates should possess Training skills to conduct product briefings, onboarding sessions, and knowledge-sharing with customers or team members.
Relevant experience in remote sales or digital marketing environments, including use of CRM and online collaboration tools.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet performance goals in a remote setting.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and customer insights.
Prior experience in consumer products or services sectors is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
