We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Tele Sales Executives who can effectively communicate with clients, generate leads, and support business growth through tele calling and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to doctors, chemists, distributors, hospitals, and healthcare professionals
Generate leads and follow up on existing inquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp
Explain company products, schemes, and promotional offers to potential clients
Maintain regular communication with existing customers to build long-term relationships
Coordinate with the sales and dispatch team for order processing and delivery updates
Maintain daily call records and lead status in CRM or Excel sheets
Achieve daily calling and monthly sales targets
Handle customer queries professionally and convert leads into business opportunities
Collect market feedback and competitor information through customer interactions
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in tele calling, telesales, pharma sales, or customer support
Positive communication and convincing skills in Hindi and basic English
Comfortable with cold calling and regular client follow-ups
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, CRM tools preferred)
Positive attitude with target-oriented approach
Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry will be preferred
Graduate in any discipline
