Preferred candidate profile:
Have minimum 6 years SAP/HCM functional experience, Skilled in implementation, customization and maintenance of SAP/HCM module and related sub modules.
Should have at least 5 ETE implementation experience.
Have advanced architectural knowledge of SAP.
Robust knowledge of Business Processes in any kind of industry

Role & responsibilities
Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP HCM
Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements.
Experience on SAP human capital management modules including requirements gathering, planning and scoping, application design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post go-live support.
Experience of SAP S/4 HANA.
Positive Working Knowledge on solution Manager 7.2 and SAP Activate Methodology.
Comprehensive Functional Knowledge in SAP HR and a thorough understanding of the customer needs.
Possess analytical abilities, communication and client Interfacing skills.
Proven track record in SAP implementation methodology and should have skills in implementing practical Business solutions Leveraging SAP Technologies.
