Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business prospects, managing existing customer relationships, and promoting the company’s industrial automation and hardware products. Daily tasks include conducting sales visits, preparing quotations, following up on leads, and presenting technical and commercial proposals to prospective clients.

The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts, support product promotions,



and provide training or product demonstrations to customers when needed. The role also involves monitoring market trends, gathering competitor insights, and contributing to strategies that increase brand visibility and sales growth.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and achieve sales targets.

Candidates should possess Training skills to deliver product demonstrations, customer onboarding, and basic technical guidance.

Relevant experience in industrial automation, electrical components, or engineering products is beneficial.

Ability to work in office in Ahmedabad, conduct regular client visits, and travel locally as required.

Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., CRM tools, MS Office) and maintaining accurate sales records.

Diploma or degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Solid problem-solving abilities, negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to business development.
