A front-line target-driven role focused on acquiring current retail or corporate banking customers, promoting liability/asset products (such as CASA and salary accounts), and cross-selling financial services.
Core Responsibilities
Account Acquisition: Source and open recent Current Accounts and Savings Accounts (CASA) or corporate salary accounts meeting quality and average monthly balance (AMB) thresholds.
Cross-Selling: Pitch and cross-sell third-party or bank financial products including life insurance, mutual funds, credit cards, gold loans, and asset products.
Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing connects with clients for prompt query resolution, service delivery, and deepening wallet share.
Compliance & Risk: Strictly adhere to Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and operational risk guidelines.
Reporting: Maintain and submit daily productivity reports and Management Information System (MIS) data to the branch manager.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
