Research Intern Role Summary:

Support multidisciplinary research projects with a primary focus on research writing, policy reports, documentation, and analytical work. Assist in evidence generation, data analysis, literature reviews, and preparation of high-quality research outputs aligned with public policy and development priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare research reports, policy briefs, and technical documentation.
Conduct literature reviews and policy analysis.
Support data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
Assist in preparing presentations and knowledge products.
Maintain research records and adhere to research quality and ethics standards.

Preferred Qualification:
Bachelor's/Master's degree (or pursuing) in Public Policy, Public Administration, Economics, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or related disciplines.
Candidates with a Certificate, Diploma, PG Diploma, or Degree in Public Policy will be given preference.

Prefered Skills:
Solid research writing and documentation skills.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Basic knowledge of analytical tools (Excel, SPSS, Power BI/Tableau).
Excellent written communication and teamwork.
