WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
The Sales Assistant provides administrative and operational support for Velocity’s sales force

Area(s) of Responsibility
Coordinate inbound and outbound order process
Coordinate Nonconforming Material process

Essential Functions Enter, modify, and maintain requirements and order information in Velocity’s ERP
Coordinate with purchasing team on behalf of salesperson at times
Coordinate with Inspection and Distribution Center to resolve order issues and ensure orders are shipped on time
Process sales and purchase orders and manage open order report
Data entry, BP entry and uploading lists
Order changes and problem resolution




Create service orders and request service and testing quotes
Create RMA’s and link orders
Stock allocations, lot assignments and product records

Preferred Skills & Experience
1+ years of office administration, customer service, or sales support experience.
Experience working with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Additional Details Shift assignments may be staggered across team members and adjusted based on business requirements.
Working hours: Mon - Friday
Candidates must be willing to work assigned shift schedules to support sales operations across APAC and EMEA. Typical working hours will be either:
8:30 AM to 5:30 PM IST, or
10:30 AM to 7:30 PM IST
