Key Responsibilities:
Upsell and Cross-Sell Strategy:
Analyze customer interactions to identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales performance within the inbound care team.
Sales Campaign Management:
Design, launch, and manage targeted sales campaigns to drive revenue growth.
Monitor campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
Incentive Program Development:
Create and manage incentive programs that motivate team members to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of incentive programs and make adjustments as needed.
Performance Governance:
Monitor and assess sales performance metrics to ensure compliance with company standards and goals.
Provide regular reports on sales performance,
identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Training and Development:
Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance the sales skills of team members.
Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to support individual and team performance.
