Key Responsibilities
Research, identify, and generate intent-based leads using AI-powered platforms, advanced prospecting tools, and traditional channels
Leverage tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email automation platforms, intent-data tools, and AI research assistants to build a highly targeted pipeline
Utilize LinkedIn, email outreach, and other prospecting channels to maintain a consistent and scalable lead pipeline
Design and execute personalized outreach sequences across email, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Collaborate closely with the sales team to align campaigns with (CTOs, CIOs, CFOs, Founders, etc.)
Qualify leads and pass them to the sales team
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly targets

Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a Lead Generation Executive (Digital Marketing) located in Noida. The individual will be responsible for identifying and generating current business leads,



conducting market research to identify opportunities, and building a pipeline of high-quality prospects. The role requires engaging with potential clients, fostering relationships, and collaborating with the sales team to convert leads into clients.

Additionally, the executive will be tracking lead performance and refining strategies to improve outcomes.

Qualifications
Expertise in identifying Current Leads and executing effective Lead Generation strategies
Strong Market Research skills for identifying trends and business opportunities
Exceptional Communication skills, including verbal and written, for client engagement
Proficiency in Sales techniques to convert prospects into clients
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Previous experience in lead generation or sales roles is highly desirable
