Supervise the daily operations of the Reservations Department.
Oversee room reservations received via phone, email, website, OTAs, and travel agents.
Ensure all reservations are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
Monitor room inventory, availability, and occupancy to optimize room sales and revenue.
Coordinate with Front Office, Sales & Marketing, Revenue Management, Housekeeping, and Finance to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
Review daily arrivals, VIP bookings, group reservations, and special requests.
Train, mentor, and guide reservation team members to maintain high service standards.
Monitor reservation quality, response times, and guest satisfaction.
Handle reservation escalations, guest complaints, and booking discrepancies professionally.




Ensure rate parity and correct implementation of promotional offers and packages.
Maintain and update guest profiles, booking records, and reservation reports.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reservation and occupancy reports for management.
Assist in forecasting occupancy and revenue.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, SOPs, and data confidentiality standards.
Work closely with the Revenue and Sales teams to maximize room revenue and occupancy.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
