Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced SCM (Supply Chain Management) Executive to support our Railway Infrastructure Projects in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in procurement, vendor management, logistics coordination, inventory control, and material planning for railway or infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute procurement activities for railway project materials and equipment.
Coordinate with project, engineering, and site teams to ensure timely material availability.
Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors and suppliers.
Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Purchase Orders (POs), and follow up on deliveries.
Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
Coordinate transportation and logistics for timely delivery of materials to project sites.
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and project requirements.
Track material consumption and prepare procurement and inventory reports.
Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules,



and commercial terms with vendors.
Resolve supply chain issues and ensure uninterrupted project execution.
Maintain proper documentation of procurement, invoices, GRNs, and vendor records.
Coordinate with finance for invoice verification and vendor payments.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements.

Qualification

Minimum 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management for Railway, Infrastructure, or EPC Projects.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
