Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the implementation of SAP Ariba and drive supply chain digitization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, procurement transformation, and enterprise software deployment, with a focus on delivering measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP Ariba modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Buying & Invoicing, Supplier Management, etc.)
Manage cross-functional project teams including IT, procurement, finance, and external vendors
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and changes
Ensure data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing are executed effectively
Drive change management and user training to ensure successful adoption




Report project status and KPIs to senior leadership and stakeholders
Identify prospects for process automation and continuous improvement in the supply chain

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, IT, or related field
7+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in SAP Ariba implementation
Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain processes
PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification is a plus
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Experience with integration of SAP Ariba with ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA)

Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with digital procurement trends and tools
Experience in global rollouts and multi-country implementations
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace
