Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to:
Managing WhatsApp Business and dealing with customer enquiries.
- Telecalling and cold calling activities.
- Calling and following up with B2B and B2C customers.
- Handling enquiries received through Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Managing after-sales services in terms of warranty and claims and customer support
- Managing couriers and dispatch coordination.
- Handling online platforms such as IndiaMART, Justdial, and similar portals.
- Maintaining customer records and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Carrying out all sales-related work and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
- Handling Dispatch of parcels
