Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through retail distribution channels and convert prospects into customers
Drive BTL activities and customer referrals to build a strong prospect pipeline
Connect with customers through digital platforms and social media channels
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
Follow up with prospects and maintain lead management systems
Ensure smooth policy processing and provide excellent customer service
Manage existing customers, renewals, and persistency targets
Required Skills
Robust customer orientation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working on digital platforms
Positive negotiation and coordination skills
Active listening and relationship-building ability
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in Life Insurance Sales, Retail Banking Distribution, DSA Relationship Management, or Channel Sales will be preferred.
