The sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing day -to- day administrative, operational, and customer -facing coordination tasks. This role acts as the connecting link between sales, operations, and clients .

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in business administration , Maritime Studies, or related field
Prepare and issue accurate sales quotations, and follow up diligently on pending orders to ensure timely closur e
Coordinate closely with the sales team and clients to process inquiries and quotations efficiently and within agreed timelines.
Track order status from inquiry through to delivery/completion, proactively updating clients on progress at each stage.
Manage correspondence, follow - ups,



and after -sales support to build and sustain robust, long -term client relationships.
Maintain and regularly update customer databases, CRM records, and sales trackers to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
Ensure all sales documentation complies with company policies and applicable maritime industry standards.

REQUIRED SKILLS
0–3 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably within the maritime, shipping, or marine services industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
Sound knowledge of LSA/FFA equipment, marine safety products, and shipping documentation.
Strong working knowledge of ERP systems
