Role Description The Sales & Service Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Mira Bhayandar. This position involves visiting customer locations to install, commission, and demonstrate temperature control equipment, while providing technical guidance on product selection and applications.

The role includes diagnosing issues, performing maintenance and repairs, and offering timely technical support to ensure equipment performance and customer satisfaction. The Sales & Service Engineer will also prepare service reports, coordinate with internal teams, support sales efforts through product presentations,



and maintain solid professional relationships with clients.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills for temperature control instruments and related systems.
Candidates should possess hands-on Field Service experience, including in office installation, commissioning, and customer training.
Candidates should possess solid Maintenance & Repair abilities for electro-mechanical and/or instrumentation equipment.
Candidates should possess clear and qualified Communication skills to interact with customers, prepare reports, and coordinate with internal teams.
Relevant diploma or degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical) or a closely related field.
Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and specifications; familiarity with safety standards and quality practices.
Strong customer service mindset, problem-solving orientation, and readiness to travel for field assignments.
Prior experience in laboratory, process control, or industrial equipment service and sales will be an added advantage.
