Responsibilities
Respond promptly to any issues that impact sales directly.
Oversee the growth of assigned markets and client accounts.
Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Achieve monthly sales targets and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
Present monthly and quarterly sales reports to senior management and investors.
Manage client relations effectively.
Follow up on sales inquiries on time.
Understand and address client requirements and feedback.
Analyze market trends to inform strategy.
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
Collaborate with the marketing department on strategic initiatives.
Develop and present relevant business proposals.
Identify and pursue prospective sales leads.
Recognize and capitalise on current business opportunities.
Deliver compelling sales pitches to potential clients.
Update and maintain customer records accurately.

Requirements

Candidate requirement
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.




A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business development roles.
Experience in the same industry is required.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Proficiency in networking, project management, and problem-solving.
Excellent creative and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop effective sales strategies through delegation, prioritization, and execution for business growth.
Capability to adapt to the company’s culture and effectively lead teams.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools (e.g., Zoho CRM)
