Job Purpose:To acquire recent customers for Loan Against Property (LAP), maintain robust relationships with existing clients, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and source customers interested in Loan Against Property through various channels
Open Market Go and meet coustamers directy
Assess customer needs and explain LAP product features, benefits, eligibility, and documentation requirements.
Achieve monthly and quarterly LAP disbursal targets.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursal.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, RBI guidelines, and documentation standards.
Regularly follow up with customers for queries, renewals, or additional funding needs.

Key Skills & Competencies:
Robust knowledge of LAP products and market trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage fieldwork and independently close deals.
Familiarity with credit underwriting processes and legal documentation.

Qualifications:
Any Undergradute
1 TO 3 years of experience in LAP or secured lending preferred.
