Ensure compliance with all company safety policies, SOPs, and applicable statutory regulations.
Conduct daily safety inspections of the depot, workshop, charging area, parking yard, and other operational locations.
Identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions and initiate immediate corrective and preventive actions.
Organize regular Safety Toolbox Talks (TBT), Driver Development Training (DDT), safety awareness sessions, and emergency drills.
Monitor driver safety practices, including seat belt usage, speed compliance, defensive driving, and adherence to traffic rules.
Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all employees and contractors.
Conduct incident, accident, and near-miss investigations and prepare detailed investigation reports with root cause analysis.
Maintain records of accidents, incidents, safety observations, inspections, and corrective actions.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
