Roles and Responsibilities
Ensure adherence to environmental regulations (ISO 14001, local legal requirements,).
Implement and maintain safety programs as per ISO 45001
Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification.
Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses, ensuring corrective actions.
Conduct safety drills, including fire and emergency response training.
Conduct safety training for employees, workers and contractors.
Develop awareness programs on PPE usage, emergency procedures, and hazard controls.
Maintain EHS documentation, including reports, permits, and incident records.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify gaps in EHS practices.
Ensure proper functioning of fire-fighting equipment and emergency response systems.
Monitor and enforce PPE usage across all departments.
Work closely with management, HR, and operations to enhance EHS performance.
