We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and results-driven Product Consultant to join our sales team. This role involves conducting on-site product demonstrations, building strong relationships with potential customers, and converting leads into sales. You will play a key role in representing the brand and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and act on daily lead assignments within the designated territory.
Conduct minimum 3 high-quality product presentations to potential customers per day.
Execute regular field visits to engage with both prospective and existing customers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date entries in the CRM system, including:
Customer feedback
Follow-up actions
Lead status updates
Actively manage the sales funnel through consistent follow-ups.
Schedule and coordinate product presentations with potential customers.
Track and report on lead conversion metrics and performance.
Travel extensively within the assigned territory to maximize coverage and lead engagement.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum +12 qualification or equivalent.
Technical background (Diploma / Engineering) is an added advantage.
Must have a valid two-wheeler license and own vehicle.
Robust verbal communication in the local language; fluency in English is a plus.
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers with wide-ranging backgrounds.
Proficient in basic digital tools and applications:
Email communication
Google Sheets / Excel
CRM systems
Key Skill Set:
Highly self-motivated with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision.
