Roles And Responsibilities
Develop and implement training programs for the sales team
Conduct sales training sessions, workshops, and seminars
Provide on-the-job coaching and guidance to sales representatives
Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
Identify areas of improvement and propose appropriate solutions
Collaborate with sales managers to identify training needs
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and sales techniques
Create and update training materials and manuals
Monitor and track training progress and results
Ensure adherence to training objectives and goals
