CTC: ₹22–25 LPA Fixed + Performance-Based Incentives

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a robust background in selling US Tax, Bookkeeping, Payroll, Virtual CFO, Accounting Outsourcing, and Financial Consulting services to US clients. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition, and business development within US CPA firms or accounting firms.

Key Responsibilities
Generate recent business and acquire US clients.
Sell US Tax, Bookkeeping, Payroll, Virtual CFO, and Accounting services.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Conduct cold calling, client meetings, and business presentations.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Achieve monthly and quarterly client acquisition targets.
Upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients.
Lead and mentor a small sales team.

Required Skills




8+ years of Sales/Business Development experience.
Experience selling US Tax, Bookkeeping, Payroll, Virtual CFO, or Accounting services.
Strong US client handling and client acquisition experience.
Experience in lead generation and cold calling.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience with CRM tools such as Zoho CRM and MS Excel.
Team management experience is preferred.
