Aiva Products is a U.S.-based food importing and distribution company specializing in high-quality pantry staples and specialty grocery products. Our portfolio includes nuts, seeds, dried fruits, spices, grains, flours, lentils, cooking ingredients, oils, snacks, and other grocery products distributed through retail, food-service, and online channels.

We are seeking Senior Sales Executive to support our U.S. sales and marketing activities remotely from India.

Position Summary The selected candidate will communicate directly with customers and prospective buyers in the United States through phone calls, emails, Whatsapp. The role includes identifying potential customers, generating qualified sales leads, conducting outbound calls, supporting email marketing campaigns, and following up with customers to develop new business prospects.

The candidate must have excellent spoken English skills, a confident and outgoing personality , and the ability to communicate professionally with U.S.-based customers.

Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential customers,



distributors, retailers, and food-service leads in the United States.
Make outbound calls and send skilled sales, introduction, and follow-up emails to prospective customers.
Maintain an organized lead database and follow up consistently to develop sales opportunities.
Prepare regular reports on calls, emails, leads generated, responses, and follow-up activities.

Required Qualifications and Skills
Excellent spoken and written English with clear pronunciation and skilled communication skills.
Confident, outgoing, and persuasive personality with the ability to speak comfortably with U.S. customers.
Experience in sales, telemarketing, lead generation, customer service, or email marketing is preferred.

Work Schedule The candidate must be available to work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM U.S. Central Time , Monday through Friday. The corresponding India schedule will generally be:
6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST during U.S. Daylight Saving Time.
7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST during U.S. Standard Time.

Remote Work Requirements
Must have a personal laptop or desktop computer suitable for daily business use.
Must have reliable, high-speed internet at home.
