Responsibilities - Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.
Serves customers by helping them select products.
Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
Responds to customers' questions.
Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters.
Assists customers with purchase decisions.
Prepare payment advice receipt using the store point of sale system.
Processes returns and exchanges.
Be connected to the customer for conversion to the business need.
Maximize the conversion ratio.
Be polite and soft spoken to the customer or patron.
Capable enough to understand the store layout and appearance quickly.
Assortment and Bundle Selling.
