Job Title: Retail Sales Head – Jewellery

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Retail Sales Head to lead sales across multiple jewellery stores, drive revenue growth, enhance customer experience, and ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales and achieve business targets across retail stores.
Lead, mentor, and manage Store Managers and sales teams.
Monitor sales performance, profitability, and KPIs.
Ensure excellent customer service and brand standards.
Collaborate with marketing on promotions and campaigns.
Analyze market trends and identify growth prospects.

Requirements: * Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

8–12 years of retail sales experience, preferably in jewellery or luxury retail. Robust leadership, sales, communication, and analytical skills.
Experience managing multiple retail stores.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
