Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Development
Develop and maintain custom applications on the Salesforce.com platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
Create custom objects, workflows, triggers, and automation within Salesforce.
Develop solutions using Salesforce Mobile and Salesforce App Cloud.

Technical Design & Analysis
Provide technical design, analysis, and research creative technologies to meet business needs.
Assist in resolving technical issues and bugs within the Salesforce environment.

Integration & Data Management
Implement Salesforce integrations with relational databases and other data sources using ETL tools and Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP).
Support migration, data loader, and synchronization between QA, DEV, and PROD environments.

Agile Development & Collaboration
Participate in Agile development including requirements gathering, story development, design, testing,



and scope management.
Collaborate effectively with business and technical teams to deliver solutions.

Requirements:
4-year IT degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in Salesforce.com design and development (Apex, Visualforce, Force.com, Lightning Web Components).
Salesforce Developer Certification (DEV201, DEV401) preferred.
3+ years of robust object-oriented development experience (Java, .Net, JSP/ASP or equivalent).
Proficient in HTML/XHTML, XML, CSS, Java, JavaScript, AJAX.
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, App Cloud, and Mobile platform.
Solid analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize development projects.
