Role: SAP Fieldglass Expert (No Recruiter Profile Required)

Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Fieldglass, preferably in a large-scale enterprise setting.
In-depth knowledge of VMS, contingent workforce programs, and procurement processes.
Experience in Fieldglass configuration, workflows, templates, and reporting.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with system integrations using APIs or middleware (e.g., SAP CPI).

Preferred Qualifications:
SAP Fieldglass Certification.
Experience integrating with SAP SuccessFactors or SAP S/4HANA.
Knowledge of labor law compliance and global contingent workforce regulations.
Project management experience or certification (e.g., PMP, Agile).
