We are looking for a skilled and experienced Salesforce OMS Developer to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of Salesforce Order Management System (OMS), exceptional problem-solving abilities, and hands-on expertise in implementing and supporting Salesforce OMS solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance order management workflows and ensure seamless integration within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver scalable solutions using an Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) first approach with minimal custom code.
Design efficient workflows and processes leveraging Salesforce Flows and other declarative tools.
Provide technical solutions, estimations, and best practices for optimized implementations.
Act as an individual contributor, delivering high-quality solutions aligned with business goals.




Support the integration of Salesforce OMS with Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud and other systems.

Required Skills & Experience:
Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools like Flows and Process Builder.
Robust expertise in Salesforce OMS, prioritizing configuration over custom development.
Hands-on experience in at least 1 or more Salesforce OMS project implementations for over 2 years.
Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot OMS-related issues.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Preferred Skills (Valuable to Have):
Familiarity with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
Experience with Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud integration with OMS.
